To further evolve our platform and user experience, we are looking for an innovative and proactive UX/UI Designer.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve intuitive, scalable user experiences for our AI-native cybersecurity platform
- Translate complex security, data, and AI-driven concepts into clear, usable, and elegant interfaces
- Proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities and turn them into concrete design improvements
- Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing, and feedback loops with consultants and security teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to validate ideas quickly
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape features from early concept to production
- Help define and evolve design principles, patterns, and a consistent design system
- Actively advocate user-centered and innovation-driven design within the company

Your Profile
- Degree in Design or a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, preferably B2B, SaaS, or AI platforms
- Strong innovative mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to take ownership
- Experience designing complex products involving data, AI, automation, or security-related workflows
- Familiarity with AI-native platforms, data-heavy interfaces, or cybersecurity tools is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of user research, design thinking, and usability best practices
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable collaborating in fast-moving, cross-functional startup teams
- Independent, structured way of working combined with curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Good command of English and Dutch
