We are currently building out our tech team in Paderborn and establishing a strong technical foundation for the continued development of our platform. Therefore, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintenance and further development of CI/CD pipelines to automate development and deployment processes
- Automation of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Monitoring and optimization of system performance and availability
- Collaboration with development teams to improve deployment processes
- Incident management and troubleshooting of production issues
- Implementation and execution of security measures

Your Profile
- Completed technical degree, comparable qualification or related work experience
- Experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system administration
- Experience with container technologies (Docker)
- Confident working with Linux and CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Ideally, experience in software development
- Passion and enthusiasm for new technologies
- Independent, structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of German and English
