To strengthen our customer-facing team, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Success Lead. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term success 
  • Guide customers in adopting and effectively using our AI-native cybersecurity platform 
  • Translate customer goals and challenges into actionable recommendations and product feedback 
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth potential within customer accounts 
  • Support customers in interpreting AI-generated insights and turning them into concrete security actions 
  • Collaborate closely with product, AI, sales, and engineering teams to continuously improve the customer experience 
  • Collect structured feedback from customers to help shape product, UX, and AI roadmap decisions 
  • Help build scalable customer success processes and best practices in a growing startup environment

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, IT, Security, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience 
  • Experience in customer success, consulting, account management, or a similar customer-facing role 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical or AI-driven topics clearly 
  • Affinity with technology, AI-native software, and ideally cybersecurity or SaaS platforms 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership 
  • Comfortable working with data, insights, and dashboards to support customer outcomes 
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders 
  • Independent, structured way of working in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and for continuous improvement 
  • Good command of Dutch and English
